I know that taking that first step can be hard and I encourage clients to work at the pace that they are comfortable. I often find that helping to improve self acceptance combined with CBT and a Problem Solving approach is effective. My therapeutic techniques include combining cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic and rational-emotive therapy.
As a therapist, I believe that we all need other people and that therapy is a tool to help us connect and get honest, helpful and compassionate feedback. I do this job because I believe in people and I love watching my clients improve, gain insight and achieve self acceptance. I look forward to taking this journey with you.
